I’m Shirin! I help clients achieve their health goals through therapeutic fasting programs. My Story

In 2020, my aunt received bad news. She needed to get her weight under control to prevent the onset of pre-diabetes, which would require taking medication. She asked the doctor: “What is the most effective method for weight loss?” His response was concise: “Begin leading a more balanced life by adopting healthy eating habits and engaging in regular exercise and eating well.” Essentially, he emphasised the importance of managing calorie intake and expenditure. However, what if these conventional methods prove ineffective? At that time, numerous groundbreaking studies were emerging from reputable institutions in Canada, where I happened to be studying. These studies delved into the hormonal influences on weight gain and shed light on preventive interventions and even the reversal of diseases previously considered irreversible. Armed with such cutting-edge research conducted by medical professionals and drawing upon my background in psychology, I embarked on a mission to create a scientifically-grounded plan that could guarantee tangible results.
