Frequently asked questions
Questions
I have really bad stomach acidity when I don’t eat, can I fast?
Yes you can! Initially it may be aggravated slightly but we will find ways to manage it. After 1-2 weeks (depending on which program you choose), the healing process of fasting and the types of food you are now eating will noticeably improve your stomach acidity.
I have fasted in the past and it has either not worked or I have had a bad experience. How is your program different?
Most individuals who haven’t seen results in the past are approaching fasting from a “calories in and calories out” understanding. Our approach is based on hormones!
I don’t cook, can I still see results on your program?
For best results, you are going to need to cook 95% of your meals at home. If you are in Bangkok, we offer meal delivery services to help you on those days you struggle to make a meal.
I take prescription medication, am I able to fast?
Before starting I always advise clients to inform their physicians that they will be starting a fasting program. There is nothing dangerous about fasting, however, your doctor will know your case best. They may change timings and dosages of your medication so you can fast safely. To reiterate, when in doubt, always speak to your doctor!
Can I workout when I am fasting?
Sure can! However if the fasting gets tough, we recommend opting for less intense workouts (only for the first week!).
